GetHigh x Athena: Island Exploration

Join us for a super fun, relaxing and adventurous day out - we will board the Athena yacht on Sunday morning and set sail for Po Toi Islands. Po Toi the southern-most group of islands in Hong Kong, surrounded by glistening blue waters! As you soak in the sun and good vibes on the yacht, you will get to enjoy free-flow beer and a Thai lunch buffet. We will also be stopping at the islands, where you will be able to swim, lounge in the swimming pool, and participate in two wellness workshops on the beach. 

About the Instructors:

Dima Apelbaum - Breathwork 

Dima Apelbaum is the co-founder and visionary of ReTribe.life, which aims to connect community, practice and nature through conscious living; breathwork, movement, meditation, earth regeneration, and healing modalities. Dima is known for his creative leadership approach and develops community through flow state wavering, group sessions and uses breath work, meditation, humour and partner work to bring out human inner radiance and achieve the flow state. 

Federica Gargano - Yoga

Federica Gargano has a range of experience and training in artistic and  rhythmic gymnastics, various dance styles (such as contemporary and hip hop) and also specialises in Parkour, acrobatics and aerial dance. She also has studied Patanjali Yoga Sutras and meditation and has been practicing yoga for 4 years, and is a Yoga Alliance certified ® 200-hour teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
