Join us on Saturday morning for a short hike and an intense cardio dance class that will fill your workout quota for the week. The 50-minute workout session will be held at the top of Brick Hill which offers panoramic coastal views of Deep Water Bay and Repulse Bay.
The workout is divided into 3 sections:
- 30 mins of Rhythmic Cardio (aerobic drills disguised as dancing, that’ll really get your heart pumping!)
- 10 mins of HIIT high-intensity interval training)
- 10 mins of warmup and cooldown
This lit cardio and HIIT party is guaranteed to have you work up a sweat, torch stubborn calories and train every muscle in your body, all in the most fun way (plus, you’ll learn some new dance moves along the way)! No dancing experience required at all.
ABOUT CLAIRE (dance tutor): This super upbeat, Chinese-French bombshell has experience in a fair share of exotic dance styles such as Chinese folk, Bharatanatyam, salsa, and belly dance, to name a few. She started her fitness journey as a runner and later got into the world of dance fitness, where her passion for dancing and interacting with people shines the brightest. Her classes are very intense yet fun.
